Susanne Laemmerhold is an expert in strategic communication, her primary focus being reputation and change management.

For over 30 years, the internationally active consultant has been dealing with the interplay of communication, management and corporate success.

She combines sound expertise in the management of communication, marketing and human resources with a keen awareness of special cultural features, including those that are company specific.

Apart from managing the agency, a large portion of her work consists of providing support for companies so that, through effective communication, they can achieve their objectives more efficiently. She has already put her expertise to the test in Germany, France, Hong Kong, Thailand, India and Abu Dhabi.

Susanne Laemmerhold was employed by the Lufthansa Group for more than 10 years, holding management positions with German Cargo Services, Lufthansa Cargo AG and Lufthansa Passage. After several stations in the tourism and event management sector – she worked for Cathay Pacific Airways and the Tourism Authority of Thailand, she was appointed Managing and HR Director at the globally established PR agency Weber Shandwick. She then positioned the cargo division of the Abu Dhabi-based airline Etihad Airways on the international market and was managing partner of crisadvice GmbH, a consultancy for crisis management and communication.
